Hey everyone - please join me in asking our local cable company (for Tyler this is Suddenlink, though it may be different for you if you live elsewhere) to carry some LGBT-friendly programming!

For us that means two options, Logo is a regular LGBT station, and Here is an LGBT on-demand service - and is the only place to see some highly-acclaimed new series such as Dante's Cove, the Lair, and more.

Asking for equal treatment is easy: simply go to the following web page, enter some personal information, such as your zip code, and say something like this:

Hi, I'm a Suddenlink subscriber and would like to get some LGBT programming, siuch as "Logo" and "Here TV." Many of my friends have already switched to satellite (Dish or Direct TV) service in order to get this programming, but as a loyal Suddenlink subscriber, I'd rather stay with you. Is there anything you can do?

Best wishes, Troy Carlyle

Hi, I was thinking about subscribing to Suddenlink cable, but noticed you don't offer any LGBT programming, such as "Logo" or "HereTV," the way the satellite providers (Dish or Direct TV) do. Are you planning to carry these stations in the near future, or would you recommend I go ahead and stay with satellite?

Best wishes (your name here)

If you don't know about Logo and HereTV, here are their websites. Check 'em out!

It's worth it!
Both of these stations are also responsible for some pretty incredible original programming. Here!'s latest effort is a major motion picture called "Shelter:"
