Upcoming events:

Gathering—Sunday, November 16, 9 a.m. at Sanctuary. If you plan to attend, please let us know as soon as possible; if you need directions/map, we’ll be glad to send them to you [if you prefer to search internet for directions, Sanctuary’s address is 12033 County Road 496, Tyler, TX 75706]

Volunteer Days for Christmas Party—Saturday & Sunday, November 29/30, at Sanctuary; come either day for as much time as you have! This will be the weekend after Thanksgiving…and therefore will be immediately after the “Thanksgiving Friday Big Sales Day,” when we buy LOTS of toys at sale prices at area Wal-Mart stores [starting at 5:30 a.m.!!]…so we’ll have plenty of work to accomplish throughout this weekend.

16th Annual OCW Children’s Christmas Party—Saturday, December 13, 9 a.m. to noon, First Christian Church, South Broadway at Loop 323, Tyler; we will be looking for volunteers to help with the Party set-up on Friday evening, December 12, as well as on Saturday morning; we will also need help, of course, with the clean-up of the facility after the Party.

Gathering—Sunday, December 21, 9 a.m. at Sanctuary; this is a tentative date, so please let us know if you are interested; it might be a valuable time to gather amidst the “holiday craziness”!

Christmas Eve Mass—Wednesday, December 24, 7 p.m. at Sanctuary; our annual celebration of the holydays; non-denominational communion service for adults and children [babysitting available, if needed], plus food and drinks…and our usual “crazy gift” party. Please let us know if you [and family/friends] plan to attend, so we’ll know about food & drinks.
