Awwwww,Ox, I saw it at 999 and was waiting for Troy to come out with the cigars saying " Its a boy, or girl, or whatever it decides that it was meant to be!" CONGRATULATIONS! who did the 1,000th hit? Do you know?

I'm happy that we've passed the 1000 post landmark. I'm happy that we've passed the 40 member landmark (especially given the number of times I've been told there are no gay people in East Texas). I'm also happy that the tridd website recently passed the 10,000 visitor landmark (which means that a lot more people are visiting than are yet willing to join us in the forums).

Mainly, I'm happy about the underlying meaning of all of this -- that we are a nation within a nation, and a comminuity within a community that can come together for support and to express love and pain and joy and frustration and all the other things we feel and share.

So here's a toast to you and to all of us -- one big family, making a difference by virtue of our very existence!
