Reality Matters on Discovery Health Channel

Postby holden on Mon Oct 08, 2007 9:13 pm

On November 4th Discovery Health Channel has a program on called

Reality Matters: Deadly Desires

Synopsis: In America today, most people living with HIV were infected as teenagers, and already had an STD. While most kids know about AIDS and STD's - statistics show that many aren't practicing what's being preached. This program will explore the reasons why.

Programs are usually shown throughout the day. As soon as I get more information I will post schedule.

Now Ox, isn't it custom to buy a boy a drink before you peg him?
You've pegged me right tho.
Or maybe it's just from the Sustiva!

Steve,
Since I am newly on the market from a long term relationship, I feel I gotta chase
a little! I'm still young and can do all kinds of .... ooppsss never mind also!

Sustiva... glad to be off it. I have to admit the experience was bittersweat, though.
I endured it for two years, but the side effects never went away for me like they are supposed to.
I'm enjoying being out of that fog and I'm working diligently to try and correct some of the
deformation it has caused my body.

Of course, it was great having an undetectable VL. I'm thankful that it helped to restore
my creativity, so that was another plus. I tend to have vivid dreams anyhow
and that med is known for causing psychadelic dreams and hallucinations, so it
was really wild for me. It was nice to finally end that creative slump which
lasted an entire decade (1995-2005).
There were times when I wasn't completely sure if
something really happened or if it was a Sustiva related nightmare, so
I'd have to try and confirm with someone who could hopefully clarify. I did get lots of
wild ideas for abstracts and surreals during that time, but I've
yet to put any of it on canvas. It's just nice to
feel like I am capable again, albeit drug induced!

I have been on Susiva for 4 years and most of the wild dreams have faded and it really doesn't do much for me as far as the trippy feeling goes. It has subsided. Maybe thats because it is included in the Atripla I take and I don't take it alone...? But it never really bothered me too much.
